Hello there, We
are glad your here!
First
off we want to know what are your intentions? What are you
looking for? What are you looking to achieve? Is it
confidence,
agility, strength, focus, self esteem, fitness.... For you or your
children?
These are some of the
questions we want to know and want you to be clear on. Anyone can offer
you the world and have you join their school just to find out that you
were not a great fit. We think a
better alternative is to address the things you are looking to
accomplish first then see where things fit.
Most
schools can offer you an okay experience and partially deliver what you
are trying to accomplish but we want to deliver to you and your family
an exceptional experience and education hopefully for years to
come.
In that light I would urge you to check out the video on choosing a
martial arts school which will help you make an informed decision.

Matrixing, to give you the definition right from the start, is the analysis and handling of force and flow. Every object, every particle in this universe has a direction, and everything in the universe has lots of potentials for collision. Thus, the study of Matrixing becomes the single most important thing one can learn if one is going to understand things like Shaolin kung fu.
Okay, I’ve been doing the martial arts since mid last century. I’ve lived through judo in the fifties, karate in the sixties, kung fu in the seventies, and stick fighting and shadow warriors and the UFC, and I’ve analyzed durn near every art there is. I’ve made up a list of things that I should have known before I started.
In the martial arts, I don’t care if it is UFC based, Tai Chi Chuan, Shotokan, or whatever, there are three key ingredients. These three ingredients are what makes an art stand out, and they are why people study the arts. Oddly, one of the ingredients is usually missing from peoples practice.
You shouldn’t try to eat anything that’s got bigger teeth than you. When it comes to words of wisdom I know that isn’t much, but there is a certain undeniable truth here. Especially when a student offers the complaint that he is tired.
