Hello there, We
are glad your here!
First
off we want to know what are your intentions? What are you
looking for? What are you looking to achieve? Is it
confidence,
agility, strength, focus, self esteem, fitness.... For you or your
children?
These are some of the
questions we want to know and want you to be clear on. Anyone can offer
you the world and have you join their school just to find out that you
were not a great fit. We think a
better alternative is to address the things you are looking to
accomplish first then see where things fit.
Most
schools can offer you an okay experience and partially deliver what you
are trying to accomplish but we want to deliver to you and your family
an exceptional experience and education hopefully for years to
come.
In that light I would urge you to check out the video on choosing a
martial arts school which will help you make an informed decision.

There
is a lot of information on this site for you to
experience, enjoy and look around, discover something you didn't know.
When you learn the truth of Karate kumite, there are certain truths about how to fight. One of the truths is that the mind shuts down during combat, and survival mode kicks in. Adrenalin junkies would have you believe this is good, but it is not, it is the worst thing that could happen.
The method I am about to tell you is supposed to have been originated by Bruce Lee, though I don’t know whether it was ever included in his Jeet Kune Do teachings. It was supposedly taught by Bruce to Joe Lewis, who became one of the fiercest Karate fighters to ever enter the ring. Joe Lewis is supposed to have relayed the method to various Kenpo schools, specifically the Tracy brothers, where it languished, and eventually disappeared from view.
The common attitude towards the martial arts is that they are a rite of passage. Rite of passage is a common concept amongst societies. But, modern society doesn’t really need rite of passage, rather, it needs a logical approach to make the martial arts easier to learn and more effective.
While MMA is a popular sport, there are problems with it. Let’s be honest, while some fellow is using that Gracie Jujitsu, he is rolling around and vulnerable to an attack from his opponents friends. Not to mention that it is not always the most intelligent thing to roll around on the ground while some fellow is trying to stab you with a knife or broken bottle.
Here’s a question I shouldn’t be asking. After all, as a fellow who sells martial arts DVDs, I should be trying to sell you large amounts of everything, right? Because I prefer happy customers, let me answer this question.
When I was growing up, in the middle of the last century, a strange discipline called hte martial arts appeared. People could study the martial arts and defend themselves merely through the use of this strange energy called ki. Heck, women could beat up mugs and rapists, and even children could do the bad to bullies using this thing called Karate.
Chi, that mysterious vapor that the ancient masters used to defeat attackers without touching them. A secret force of the body that enables people to live long and healthy lives. Heck, there is even evidence that Chi was behind the success of the Jedi Knights…grin.
There is this thing called The Way, or The Perfect Art, or The True Art. Oddly, though it is a concept that everybody has a knowledge of, there has never been a real definition for it. Until this article was written.
I had a fellow send me an e-mail the other day, and he told me of a fellow who won?t let his daughter go on a date until she is a black belt in karate. Well, I have to tell you, there is more than just brilliance in this idea. No more rape, because when this girl decides to say no…she means NO!
